TRAP... is the fifth chapter of the Btooom manga.
Synopsis
Ryōta asks Taira about the game that they are forced to play. Taira notices that Ryōta has no memory of what happened on the airplane. In the cargo plane, a mysterious figure announces the game via live footage. He reveals that they are heading to an island somewhere in the Pacific. He informs them about the game, its rules, and its weapons, BIMs. When one person protests, a soldier tase the man. The man explains that in order to leave the island, one must collect a total of 8 IC chips. When Ryōta protests and tries to rally everyone, a soldier set his stun gun on Ryōta's head. Knocking out Ryōta in the process. Gemu has his soldiers push out the players by force onto the island.
With Ryōta realizing what had happened, he wonders if Tyrannos Japan is behind this ordeal. He also wonders if he is able to kill people to get off the island.
